Tuitions are fun. Kinda

Nic and I go for this BM tuition and the teacher is really good. He gives really good techniques but he’s too sure of himself, which can be REALLY annoying. But anyway, he was teaching us Malay metaphors for us to spice up our Malay essays. Like menuding jari, memekakkan telinga, menghirup udara kebebasan, membutakan hati, memejamkan mata and so on and so forth. He calls it ‘body language’.

We actually found a way to argue among ourselves using that technique. Jiunn Jye said something irritating…

Me : Oi, don’t menuding jari okay.
Nic : Let’s not bertikam lidah.
JJ : Baik aku membisukan mulut.
Teacher: Dan saya akan memejamkan mata.
Haha… The teacher was pretty amazed that we could actually argue using his techniques. Remember I said about menghirup udara kebebasan? The teacher pointed to his nose and told us to guess what kind of ‘body language’ it was. We knew it got to do with ‘menghirup’ and ‘hidung’. Yit Wai just shouted out ‘HIDUNG BERTIUP!’

Aiyo, so nonsense la. Just imagine your ‘hidung bertiup’.
